The town of Sidney (48 39’N., 123 24’W) is located on the north east shore of the Saanich Peninsula being approximately 27 kilometers (17 miles) north of Victoria, Capital of British Columbia.  North Saanich and Central Saanich are situated on the North West and West side respectfully of the Peninsula all are in the heart of the Boating, Fishing and Diving waters and the start off points for the B.C. Gulf Islands and American San Juan Islands.

All areas are considered to be close (easy drive) to: Ferry Terminals (BC Ferries to Vancouver/Tsawwassen and the Gulf Islands to Salt Spring Island, Pender Island, Mayne Island, Galiano Island, Saturna Island and to Washington State Ferries to Anacorties, Washington State); Victoria International Airport (YYJ); Seaplane Base, Marinas, Golf Courses, Recreation Center, Community Centers, Hospital, Schools, Parks, Farm Stands, Restaurants, Shopping malls and a great variety of stores.
