Located within the Municipality of North Cowichan (population 19,000) in Maple Bay area (Lat. 48° 49′ 00″ N., Long. 123° 35′ 00″ W) on Vancouver Island in an exclusive area known as “Stoney Hill”. The home is situated between Paddy Mile Stone and Octopus Point at the south east side of the bay – see chart below.
